OUR STORY
What
started out as a loosely structured in-the-basement indie hip hop label in 2003
that included a stable of producers and artists that would go on to be Grammy
award nominees, Grammy award winners and Billboard toppers has evolved into a
full service music development services company.
We believe in independence and we believe in supporting forward thinking musicians who are adapting to the fast changing landscape in the world of music.
We believe that today’s music industry is making it mandatory – and a little easier - for artists to prove themselves as independent talents and we’re here to help them.
That said, our principles and best practices can be applied to any endeavor. We've been tapped to orchestrate everything from neighborhood events to large scale festivals and even political campaign strategies. Let us partner with you to make your goals happen.

WHO WE ARE
Our Co-Founder/Marketing Director Quincy “Q Dot” Henry is also a Grammy nominated, iTunes charting and nationally touring musician. Couple that with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business and a Master’s Degree in Internet Marketing (both from Full Sail University) and you have someone who not only is well versed in artist development from an experience and education standpoint but also lives the independent musician life every day. Q Dot quit his day job on November 22, 2013 and never looked back.
Our Co-Founder/COO Maurice Thornton isn’t a musician (even though he’s spit a verse or two in his day) and prefers to stay in the background but he’s been a part of Tre’dmarks from the very beginning. His background in the world of corporate insurance gives us the level of professionalism and expertise in customer service that we’ve become known for. Sometimes you need a straight-laced white-collar guy around to keep things in order.
